Freddie took all his CCs in 2008 after beginning 2007 with Best Puppy at Crufts and later, 2 Reserve CCs. He then took Best Puppy at the Westie of the Year competition. He is the 8th Champion for Jennie Griffiths and was handled by Thomas West. His sire, Birthday Guy was Top Westie in 1998, while grandsire, Willie Makeit was BIS at National Terrier & Top Westie in 2003. Birthday Guy was also a Terrier Group winner and twice Crufts BOB. Play To The Crowd was BIS at Scottish Breeds in 2007. Freddie's litter brother, Karamynd Playing The Game went to Sweden to the Tweed kennel and gained his title there and in Norway. As a sire, Freddie made an impact this year with 4 Best Puppy winners, one with a Reserve CC and several other prize winners.
The Karamynd kennel's first three Champions were all by Ch Rotella The Fezzant Plucka.
